Tiny Tigers (3-5 year olds)
This is a quick 30-minute class designed to help your little one develop appropriate physical skills and character traits that will help them as they move up to the older classes. We focus primarily on gross motor movement, balance, coordination and focus. Students in this class will earn their first belt rank prior to moving up to the 6-8yr old group!
6-8 year olds
In this beginner level class, kids learn discipline, confidence, and the value of hard work in a high energy environment. They learn the basic movement and practice of Taekwondo through fun exercises while learning respect and honor through traditional instruction techniques.

9-13 year olds
This is where the journey begins for many martial arts students! Children learn to discipline their bodies and minds to accomplish amazing things through martial arts training! Kids will learn every skill required to advance from white belt all the way to their first black belt. During their training, they will have the opportunity to develop respect, patience, honor, and self-discipline. They will also begin to develop a healthy, fit lifestyle!
